Tahnee is a dedicated gym owner, qualified nutritionist, personal trainer, and competitive bodybuilder who has completely transformed her life—going from being overweight and living with Type II Diabetes to becoming strong, healthy, and confident. Her journey gives her a unique level of empathy and insight into the challenges her clients face. Tahnee understands what it takes to turn things around, and she uses that experience to inspire and guide others. She’s passionate about creating personalised fitness and nutrition plans that empower people to take control of their health, build strength, and achieve lasting change—just as she has done herself.
With over a decade of experience coaching in the Illawarra, Justin Andari brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and energy to every session. Specialising in strength training, powerlifting, and boxing, Justin is known for helping people get stronger—both physically and mentally. Whether you're stepping under a barbell for the first time or looking to level up your performance, you're in expert hands. Beyond the gym floor, he’s an all-round great guy who genuinely cares about your progress and makes training something you’ll look forward to.
For the past six years, coaching community classes has brought me immense love and appreciation for everyone striving to be their best selves.
I’ve always been passionate about self-development and guiding others. Now, and for the last six years, I’ve shared, taught and helped people empower themselves in the gym.
